Role Description
OAK.SUPPORT is looking for a detail-driven Account Assistant to join our growing Servicing Team. This role supports day-to-day operational tasks including financial record keeping, lien updates, billing coordination, documentation, and communication with our attorney and medical provider network.
You’ll be one of the main points of contact for firms and providers, helping ensure cases move smoothly and professionally. We value a collaborative, respectful environment where team members can grow, contribute, and take pride in the work we do for our clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in medical lien management or medical lien financing
Background in the legal or personal injury field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and relationship-focused
Comfortable managing deadlines and working independently
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High school diploma or GED required
