Role Description
OAK.SUPPORT is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Sales Team. This is a relationship-focused role supporting attorneys and medical providers throughout the lifecycle of every case. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact, helping clients navigate requests, coordinating updates, and maintaining a high level of clarity and service at every step.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with medical liens or medical lien financing
Background in the legal or personal injury field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Relationship-driven, proactive, and dependable
Able to work independently while meeting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
High school diploma or GED required
