Role Description
OAK.SUPPORT is looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives on building genuine, long-term relationships with personal injury law firms and medical providers. You’ll introduce firms to our network, educate them on our platform’s value, and help strengthen our presence in new and existing markets.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, and confident in a client-facing environment. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a strong operational foundation designed to help you succeed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with attorneys and law firms
Comfortable scheduling and leading weekly meetings with PI firms
Tracks all referrals and follow-ups with precision
Business Administration or Paralegal background is a plus
Experience in account management, outside sales, or marketing preferred
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
